[Question] Merchandise design change?

Has anybody else gotten use on the new mini clear posters with Austria, Hungary and Prussia?
Because it looks like there was either a fault or most likely a production design change?

I'd imagine it's just a change in the item during production rather than a fault. Looking at it I guess perhaps they thought it was more aesthetically pleasing to have Hungary in the centre as she's the shortest of the three and her uniform colour is the most different from the other two. On the stock image she looks almost partially hidden, Prussia is less so in the actual item image, so this could be a factor also.

That's what I thought would be more likely too. Though there's a small prat of me hoping it's some kind of error, and I haven't heard anything about it and it hasn't popped up in any of my searches to validate it, so I thought I'd pitch it here and see if anyone has any information D:

But, if it is a design change, I'm more fond of the original design as, to me, it's much more aesthetically pleasing and looks better design wise. Because whilst Hungary might be the shortest and have the more vibrant of the three uniform designs, the new(?) one is off centre, looks kind of awkward and more cramped especially since now Prussia's head overlaps with the logo and there's this awkward gap with his legs :/

i agree with you that the original design is better (for reasons you stated above) but i'm majorly biased and won't even attempt to hide it lol LOOK AT MY LITTLE BB AT THE FRONT ;w;)/

i don't get paid until next friday, but if you no longer want your poster i'll happily take it off your hands :3

Oh... I was considering ordering this item, but if that's the design they went with, I'm not going to get it. The curvature of Austria and Hungary's bodies fit well on the sides, with Prussia frontal and straight in the middle. Now there's a lot of wiggling to the left of the picture and also a lot of clutter on that side, with such a big empty space on the right.

It's a pity, because I like these three characters, but in my opinion if they wanted to bring Hungary out more they could have mirrored her and layered her over Prussia instead of throwing off the "weight" distribution in the composition.

I actually got a little upset, because I was partaking in a group order and nearly bought it, but I ended up canceling in the last minute when I saw this. I also really don't like the way they redistributed the characters, even though these three are also in my top favorite. When hung up it just wouldn't look as good.

And I agree with you on the mirroring, the right side really does look cluttered.

And Prussia's legs looked more fabulous in the front

Nothing against Hungary, but the main reason for me buying this poster was Prussia at the front, his whole posture gives a frontal idea...now everything looks weird :/

On one hand, I'm happy to see Hungary's full body, she looks great! I hope they make more merch of her!
But yeah, the older composition looks better... now Prussia's pose looks so strange with his legs open like that! And the fact that the logo is hidden behind his head bothers me a bit ^^'!

Hmmm and it's not common to change the design after they had revealed some product images! I wonder what must have happened...

I really do wonder what made them change it around, since like you said, it's not that common. Especially since there wasn't even any notice in the description prior to this about final product might be different from stock image as they do with other pre-order merchandise :/
