I am not sure if this was mentioned before, but there is a Hetalia Carry Bag selling in Movic website.

I am not sure what is Animate Girls Festival 2012 is besides an event held in Animate Ikebukuro here. But they are selling products on the Movic website for series like TIGER & Bunny, Uta no Prince-sama, IB the Japanese Horror video game, and Hetalia here. Limited time though.

It was mentioned on Hetalia.com of the Carry Bag product on November 16th and October 26th. Carry Bag features characters of the Axis Powers, Allies, Romano, Spain, Prussia, Nordics, Poland, and the Baltic States. An Italian flag tag is also attached to it.

I ordered two of these through FromJapan and the total cost (after buying the bags and shipping to the US) ended up being 18,682 YEN. They arrived today and they're super cute plus a pretty good size so I'd say that it was worth it.
