[News] New TinierMe event

For those who play in the English TinierMe community, here's some news for you.

20121009_hetalia_title

Starting from October 9th, and taking place until February 26th, the new TinierMe x Hetalia event! This time, it's based on the Allies (you may recall these outfits having showed up long ago for the Japanese community event). Even outfits like the Gakuen ones or the Paint it White! ones are included. Please note that these accessories are all paid, though.

. . .
How far behind are they? It was ages ago that @games went as far as getting Lithuania...

@__@ It would be tempting, but the English version requires payment even for the free starter pieces. I just. I can't do it.

Ohhey but if you play that game, question,
In @games they have serious resale value. Like up to $70 for just a face.
Does TinierMe have any of the same demand at all?

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-09 09:55 pm (UTC)(link)
With TinierMe the fanbase is way smaller and there's not really any 'resell' kind of thing, it's more 'trades' for items or commissions etc :)

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-16 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
New question~

With the trades and all, since I still haven't played and don't know a thing about the gameplay,

when you get items sent as a present or gift or whatnot, is there any timeframe you need to accept them within? I may be buying a few pieces for my Japanese account, but idk if I need to be right there and logged in to not have wasted the chance. ;w;

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-16 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
It depends.

I don't really play around on the Japanese one, my main account is on the English TM.
But, it depends on how you're buying? If you're buying off say, YJ and such, through a SS on an auction or something, then you're going to have to talk to your SS about it.
If you're doing it via PM or something on TM forums and such, then you're going to have to work it out with the person. Though you have to be careful of scams and so forth also.

But with the gifting system, if they gift it to you as a present, on the English TM you receive it right away in your closet. But as for the Japanese site, I'm not sure. You'll have to check on it, but I assume it will be the same as the English one and you just get it right away (since it should be sent as a 'gift' and not a trade, trades are more likely to have a limit to them).

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-16 04:02 am (UTC)(link)
;~; I looked around a bit, and it sounds like in the English version you still see options like approve/reject towards gifts? and options to send something back as a trade?
If so, I guess what I need to know is the position of the buttons. I'd hate to accidentally reject the items just because I can't Japanese.

As far as the purchasing, yeah, it's a YJ auction and I've been talking with FJ and they sound like it's a go. But. xD I just don't know wtf I have to click on once I log in to @games. omg. *fails forever*

But if it's automatically in the closet and no having to accept the item, I can totally do that.

. . .

Should I probably also finish the tutorial mission first?

*headwall*

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-16 12:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Okay, ignore all my stupid.

Went ahead and bought them anyway.

;w; Now just have to hope the ingame shipping fee's only going to apply to the seller. Do not have G coins.

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-17 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
Pfff- oh you xD
But yeah, if they send it the fee should only apply on their end.
There should be no expiration for the gift, but it's better to log in every day and check to accept it anyways xD

And if you're unsure on which to click, just send me a message with the screencap and I'll translate it :)b

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-17 06:05 am (UTC)(link)
Whee~

xD I really really hope, though,
that there's not some sort of. Block. To prevent like farming or something.
Because I have no idea how to finish the tutorial mission (it's changed since the version all the english guides are for), and I just have this terrible feeling that like. "beginner" accounts can't accept gifts.
I hope it's not truuuue. xD

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-17 02:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Lets hope it all goes well /0/

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-18 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
Ahaha omg.

I bought them, they sent them, everything was fine,

And now I can't use any of the outfits because lol I don't have enough in-game money to buy underwear.
*HEADWALL*
Game, why do you do this to me?

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-19 08:41 am (UTC)(link)
Oh you! Did you get the set for 500 yen? //saw someone put a listing for Russia items for that much x'D

But, if you work your way around the tutorial thing, that should give you a few beginner items? Well, that's what normally happens on the English site? It's been a while since I used my JTM account, welp.

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-19 11:26 am (UTC)(link)
Aha, yeah. Still can't figure out the tutorial for the life of me, but the stamp rally that's on saved me. :'D
Isn't he adorable? (http://image2.atgames.jp/selfy.swf?account_id=7974344&bgFlg=1)

Yep, that's the set I grabbed /o/
Considering I used to see all the items for more like 500 yen each, I think it was a deal. =w=

[identity profile] psanon.livejournal.com 2012-10-21 02:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Pfff- oh u xD Congratulations and yes he's very adorable :D

And yes, definitely a steal =v=b
Since yeah, considering how much it actually costs for 1 spin on the gacha, definitely.

And have you made up your mind on the Allies leaflet? 0: Someone else is interested in it.

[identity profile] osoroshia.livejournal.com 2012-10-21 03:05 pm (UTC)(link)
wuv my little Russia selfy. ; u ;

;v;' I'd love the leaflet, but priority to those who pay first, right? In the end, I'd feel guilty with it cut up when there's still someone who wants it whole.

[identity profile] dubtalia-ap.livejournal.com 2012-10-09 04:36 pm (UTC)(link)
It took them long enough to release Hetalia Gacha 2 on TinierMe? I think there were a total 4 Hetalia Gachas in Japan's TM(@games).

I even found the links of where you can see the other 2 Gachas left for this.

I would play the heck out of this gacha, if weren't for the fact that it costs $3 a spin. The price is quadrupled from the Hetalia vol. 1 gacha orz

Tempting, but alas there's no way I'd stay long in that "game" after trying it out long ago and being similar to Gaia Online? 6___9;; You still just wander around quite aimlessly.
