Looking for Hetalia Volume 4 (Taiwan Edition)

Hello :) 

I'm looking for the Taiwan Edition of Hetalia Volume 4. I bought the first three volumes and I want to get the fourth one. According to Kinokuniya Malaysia, it's not out yet. Does anyone know when it will be out?

I don't think the 4th volume is licensed in Taiwan atm.. IIRC, the publishing company closed down around the time the 4th volume was due out, and while another publisher has picked up their (Taiwanese) works, they are still in the negotiating stages for their Japanese works.

The company closed down??!! They can't have closed down!!! I turned to buying the Taiwanese Editions BECAUSE TokyoPop closed down!!! They can't shut down on me!!!!! What am I going to do if they close down?? I really hope someone gets the publishing rights soon! I can't get it imported either since shipping costs so much and I don't have a credit card :'(
