Hallo I'm curious if Risorgimento 4 has been scanned in a non-YT format? Since I aquired a copy over the weekend and am planning to scan unless it's already been done.

((Schatzchen, if you read this this is not why I ran out of con money. ))

I have the translation saved to my computer, so yes. I think, if you go back far enough in hetalia_doujin you should find it. I remember getting it from there, at least.
