I don't mean to be nitpicky, just trying to help. ^^;

"Basically it says something like "Every time his former partner Poland causes some problems he somehow ends up getting involved." In other words, every time Poland does something, it affects Lithuania to a certain extent. Personally I would see that as Poland having issues with Lithuania, so I summarized it as "having issues."
For the Russia part, every time Russia does something (with no intention of hurting or scaring anyone), it freaks the hell out of Lithuania. Russia is not trying to scare anyone, but from the sentence I get the impression he is not aware that Lithuania is scared and worried. So in other words, Lithuania is constantly worried and scared of Russia since whatever he says or does ends up scaring him."

Finland looking up to Sweden? Hmm, partly true even though we have different mindsets. Finns look mostly up to Germans and before them Prussians. Prussians and Finns had such a good relationship and mutual respect that Germany this day has a Finnisscher Allee! Hope Himeruya does something on that one day.

Reading the character profiles are really cute~! Gray area for Spain and Romano? Huh....... I like how for both Sweden and Finland they technically both admit they like one another, that's so cute!
