Looking for Games/Visual stories in English

So I've seen these all the time but never got to try them out as they've been in Japanese (which I can't read). I recently found the HetaOni English project and now that I've played that I was wondering if there are any others available? I am interested in any games, visual stories, dating sims, etc... as long as they are in English. Or even if there is another comm or site I could ask at, that would be great
