perhaps it's in Gentosha as they provide a pre-order form in PDF just like arte stella
I never order anything from gentosha though, I usually ask the local Kinokuniya here

I'll keep an eye out for Calendar pre-orders, since Arte Stella was also offered on a few other websites, who knows if the calendar might? (I hope so /0/)
