Help finding an old post?

So I don't know who else remembers this,
but ages ago somebody posted with the announcement that England's tea cup set was going to be released soon.

This thing, for reference:


Does anybody remember where that post is? I'm really interested in seeing whether there was some sort of advertisement picture, or anything. There was another item or two in the post, as well, so I'm really looking for the whole page rather than any help with just the tea cup.

All I can tell is it would've had to have been before December 2009. If anyone knows where the post is, or even just who posted it, or what date, or even just what month, that would be really appreciated~

The exact page I needed is actually in there! But. D: Yeah the animate link I needed is broken. Hn.
At least this means I wasn't imagining the post. I'll just have to find some other way to figure out exactly what it was about though.

Y-yeah it's still a case of a missing image though. I have a feeling only the OP could figure it out.

It's just that the absolute first time I saw that page, I could've sworn the scarf seemed cosplay-like. So while, yeah, that one (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v47/Vailo/RussiaCollection/SDC12739.jpg) was easy enough to get, I can't shake this feeling that something's really missing.

It was plain and boring and looked like the stupidest thing, to me, at the time. But. fff. xD Now that I actually collect the character, this'll keep bugging me forever.


Additionally, though, for the teacup and the towel, I'm trying to find out the occasion.
Towel's obviously for Russia's birthday. England doesn't canonly have one. But then, the same prices and same time of advertisement should mean something, right?
