A little late but oh well!
DETAILS
When is this XMAS meet? We will be holding the event on Sunday the 11th of December.
Where do we meet? At the Hungary Jacks outside the Circular Quay train station.
What time will we meet? 11am. We will hang around for half an hour in case anyone is running late. We'll be heading to the Botanic Gardens at about 11:30.
What if it's raining? Not very likely, but on the off chance it does-! Keep an eye on Facebook event page for updates if the weather is looking bad. We'll probably move locations, probably to somewhere else in Sydney, still in the city though.
What time does the event finish? Whenever everyone gets tired! From experience, this seems to be at about 4 or 5 o'clock!
I can't get there by eleven! Meet us at the Botanic Gardens! if you're not confident in your ability to find the gardens/our group, private message me and I will give you my phone number so you can text/call if you get lost!
What should I bring?: Most important are food, drinks and picnic mats! Make sure you bring water for yourself, it'll probably be hot and we don't want any fainting Hetalia fans! Sunscreen is a good idea as well. Cameras are always useful, and there will be plenty of photo opportunities. I'm planning on doing a small sausage sizzle too, so a little money to chip in (a $1 or so) would be muchly appreciated! Drinks are also an important thing, we never seem to have enough!
Do I need to cosplay? Absolutely not! Anyone is welcome, regardless of whether you're cosplaying or not.
What will we be doing? Ridiculous Things. Really.
Anything else? We're doing a in small character secret santa if you're interested! The information is here, and if you are interested PM me on FB or here, with the details I need (Essentially, who you'd like the gift bought for).
