I saw it subbed on youtube, but that was months ago. It's probably been taken down by now. But obviously the DVD is going to have better, more reliable subtitles.

Hehehe, he IS awesome. XD

Seriously, he does a great job capturing Prussia's essence, both with the loud boisterousness, and his soft tones as well. The inflection is very close to the Japanese seiyuu, in my opinion, plus he does quite good with the accent.

So many aspects of the dub are hit-and-miss, some actors better or worse than others, but to me this dude's definitely a hit! :D
