2011. The economy's in the toilet, there are no jobs to be had, and everyone's struggling to pay their bills. But in Polaris, the people have fallen on especially hard times. A city wrought with gang violence and drugs, Polaris has long been a breeding ground for the criminal underbelly of society.

But there is hope. A light at the end of the tunnel, if you will. Because if you take risks, keep sharp, and never miss an opportunity you may manage to claw your way out. But watch out, because everyone else is out to get there, too and you may find yourself a rung in someone else's ladder to success.
