A quick question. It'd be awesome if someone could answer! Does anyone know the exact name of Macau's garb?

I suppose you could call it a chipao/cheongsam. That's the only one I can think of....@-@

Thank you! Cheongsam are for women, but the male counterpart (the changshan) seems like it could be it, judging by some Google images.

I think it is 长衫(the cheongsam).
I'm Chinese and I MUST know it:3
In fact 旗袍(the chipao) is for woman and 长衫 is for man^ ^
