Looking at the last panel one more time, another idea about who that could be that I don't believe has been mentioned yet popped into mind.
It was character I believe was said to interact with those Italian nations, but he has yet to have an official design.
He's said to be a bit of an old man, though.

So is it possible that character is the Vatican? Maybe coming in to see what all the noise is about?
The weird veeeahhhuhhh might be old-man-Italian-talk...

If I'm wrong then I'm betting on it being Romano; it doesn't seem like it'll be Feli with the way the hair's parted

I tried today, and, uh... let's just say it was a complete failure with lots of weird looks and awkward explanations by me. They tried their hardest to understand me, the poor things (friends are awesome/amazing, but very stereotypical jocks ;D)

Guys I watched the exorcist tonight. I was fine until I woke up an hour ago and freaked the fuck out because I go to georgetown where everything happened so now I'm here with you guys. I have class tomorrow someone help me! Tell me how hetalia is going to make it all better ;w;
