Well, he's drawn outfit models with faces before, like all those GakuHeta ones (the Africa Class uniforms, some really old Europe Class sketches that corresponded with those, the later revised reference sheets, etc.).

But it would be nice if we got those two countries. And I remember the little girl design, he drew that in '06 or so c:. He said that the "Cheko" name had the feeling of a little girl, so that was a possibility. It seems like he initially thought of Czechoslovakia as one person too, hence his confusion of what to do with them in that sheet (the Iceland-looking musician, a sketch of his friend, the manly stubble guy, and that girl).

But he's thought about Czechia for a long time, s/he was one of the countries he mentioned wanting to add to the manga in footnotes for that Cat Festival strip (which were left out of the translation here). He also mentioned Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Libya, and Ethiopia, IIRC. Those first three have come out by now, while the last two seem pretty unlikely to me, considering certain history and their relation with Italy, but we'll see. You never know who he'll draw next!
I think Czechia would be more likely to come out before Libya and Ethiopia, and Slovakia would be nice to see too. Models or not, the two people he drew sort of look similar, and I could see those two as being something like siblings.
