That guy may be Slovakia(belt looks like something from Tatra mountains, in poland we have a similiar stuff)

Everytjing fits becouse once Hima wrote that he wants to make a girl Czech and guy Slovakia

really!? /looks at both/ wow it really makes sense they kind of resemble each other a bit (so they would be twins maybe???) this is amazing...^^ hopefully the 2 of them are those characters then!!

(although maybe we shouldn't jump into conclusions too quickly)

It would be cute if those designs were them, though at the same time they could just be models for the Czech and Slovak clothing. And thus, their real designs remain a mystery. But I guess we'll see eventually!
