[AD] HETALIA DAY NORTH TEXAS 2011!
Hey fellow fans!
I'm just swinging by here to announce that the Dallas/Fort Worth area is once again hosting the 2011 International Hetalia Day gathering! Last year we had a great turnout despite the weather, and hopefully this year will be the same!
All of the information is available on our Facebook Event Page, but for those of you not on Facebook, here is the information:

Saturday, October 22 ยท 11:00am - 6:00pm

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve
6701 W Parker Road
Plano, TX
It's that time of year once again!!
The official date for International Hetalia Day is October 22, 2011, and ours will be the official gathering for our area, submitted to Hetalia-Day.com!
This will be a FREE EVENT, open to all Hetalia fans of all ages! Cosplay is always welcome, but casual clothing is just as fine! Just remember to respect your flags!
This will be a potluck picnic much in the vein of what we did last year, so please be sure to try and bring something for everyone to eat! International treats from your country of choice are always welcome, but I have had a request to possibly not bring pizza, as a lot of the food brought last year was not eaten due to this reason.
There are grills and a playground at the location we have chosen, so expect there to be the possibility of hot dogs and fun!
Expect games, photography, and a great place to meet fellow Hetalia fans in the Dallas-Fort Worth area!
Here is a list of general items needed for a picnic, so everyone should try to bring at least one item from this list:
Paper Plates
Plastic flatware
Plastic Cups
Napkins
Bottled Water (VERY IMPORTANT!)
Ice Chest
Ice
General food items; be creative!
We will be meeting at the pavilions across from the playground, though it is entirely possible that we may have to move if someone is already there or something similar. Here is a map in PDF format of the entire area:

I have chosen a location on the Dallas side of the Metroplex, due to the fact that our Hetalia Day even last year was held in Fort Worth. This is my attempt to make it fair for everyone, and the location will not be changed unless there are extenuating circumstances with our location. There are MANY who are willing to offer rides, so make sure to ask your fellow attendees!
