Is it me or is England and America about the same physical age? England looks like 12 or 14 years old, tops. They do look older as the story progresses, right?

They do look a little older later on, it starts with them being chibi and growing older as the story progresses, ultimately it's something like this:

There's no graphic love scene, hence the 16+ instead of 18+. The doujin didn't actually have any rating at all when I first purchased it so I was a little surprised. x3; But yeah, it should come with a 16+ I think. The art is cute but for me it's strange in that context somehow. xD So I understand if you feel the same way haha.

Sadly the cover has little to do with the inside. T__T It seems like it's about HRE wanting to get a gift for Prussia, so he runs into all sorts of people... HK and China are featured so maybe that's it?
