アフリカ戦線にドイツが来てからというものボコボコにされ続けたイギリスだったが、
エル・アラメインでついに形勢逆転しドイツ・イタリアのアフリカ枢軸軍を
イギリス軍が追う展開になった頃のお話。






そこにやってきたのがアメリカ軍。
アフリカビギナーのアメリカは結構色々やらかしてたみたい。





その１、超楽観的。
強いから何とかなるぞ！





その２、超単純。
この案は戦い慣れしたイギリスにしっかりどこがどう駄目か説明されて廃案になったそうで…。





その３、余計な仕事増やす。
アメリカの上司はイギリスの上司をライバル視していたよ！
そのせいでたびたび戦場で張り合ったりいらんことしてたりしていたよ！





ドイツ？ボコボコにしてやんよ！と意気込んでたアメリカ軍でしたが
経験不足と「アメリカは強いから何とかなるよ！」という意識のせいで
ドイツの手痛い洗礼を受けたあと、イタリア軍にパラシュート部隊捕獲されて
苦々しいアフリカデビューを飾る事に。





お互いの意思の疎通が下手すぎて
装備ほとんどほっぽり出して逃げる羽目になってしまう英米連合軍でした…。

Clothing note. America clearly has two stars on his collar, hat, and cuffs. He also has two stars on his epaulettes in two panels and circular things that remind me of roses in one panel.
