I just had to comment on this. Ññ is done when you first use that ~ -button and then press n after that. So your keyboard probably isn't lacking that accent mark.

Unfortunately, American keyboards aren't that smart. ;w; We have to use alt codes. alt+164=ñ and alt+165=Ñ

I'd love to have a keyboard that does accent marks easily. Give me yours~ @A@ (kidding)

How complicated o_o Though my point still stands, the accent mark can be done with the keyboard. ... what's the point of your ~ button if it's not used for the accent?

My keyboard has all the needed accent marks right here. Like the button with ~ contains ^ and ¨ too. ¨ comes just by pressing it, ^ comes with shift and ~ comes with alt Gr. And of course I have Ää Öö and Åå as actual buttons :D You'd be confused by my keyboard.

So we can make *~*~*uselessy*~*~* decorated writing? IDK. Poor tilde doesn't have much purpose in the English language, nor do accent marks in general. It's kind of a shame. I usually throw it in when ending a letter to friends "~Jam"

I've gotten pretty good at remember weird random numbers for making accent mark or other characters for foreign words or whatever else. It's a pain though‼
