I must be living under a rock cause I had no idea there was a craze! I thought it was an unpopular thing, but glad to hear I'm wrong on that. Perhaps America fans tend to like cross dressing or are perverts like me.

As much as England seems to be the victim of Hima's fetishes, I see America crossdressing most on English sites. ^^ Germany would be the other crossdresser I see sometimes that comes to mind.
Maybe it's just all the artists that I watch that are into it. x)

Hmm, I guess I should lurk more in the English fandom. I only have seen America and Germany in maid outfits, and some other characters like Prussia who tends to get similar treatment. I see very little of this kind of America and I'm starving for it!! Haha, yay I don't so alone!
