The included link goes to a Mainichi Shinbun article about a German Research Foundation public opinion poll on levels of happiness in Europe. Looking at the percentage of people who said yes to the question 'My life is happy', Danes came in first with 96 percent, Greeks in second with 80 percent, and Italians in third with 79 percent. Only 61 percent of Germans said yes, though. ^^;; The article talks a bit about the debt crisis and remarks that Germany, although an economic powerhouse, seems to be notably more pessimistic than the financially troubled Greece or Italy.

Apart from that, I am highly amused by the stack of boxes(?) on the counter to Norway's left, which all appear to be liquorice.

There should have been a slip of paper in the sealed copies of Volume four. I got the limited edition, so I'm not sure if the regular edition got the codes as well...

They're referring to the QR code that was on a paper inside volume four. Both the regular and special editions had the code included. It's supposed to be used to get the 3rd Hetalia Fantasia CD, but that's not really free...
