It looks like he has designed that fem Russia as another "2P" design, as if Nyotalia was a fighting game. First he did that red-haired England in the pink dress, now a gothic-looking Russia! I wonder what the other 2P-Nyotalia designs would look like? c:

I just checked Himaruya's gallery, and it looks like he removed it D:. Unless he put it somewhere else? But I thought I remembered there being a post on it here too. It was pretty interesting! He had two female Englands in a picture, the standard colored one and her "2P" counterpart, who had deep red hair, a different facial expression, and a pink dress (as opposed to the blue). It stood out to me because it's rare to see red hair in Hetalia.

These pictures seem to be showing Fem!Russia as having some kind of split personality or something (e.g. meek, shy and quiet in the first one, downright evil in the last one), particuarly with the eye colour changing thing. I know that in his original character designs Russia was meant to have a split personality, so I don't know whether Himaruya is using that idea for Fem!Russia.

Found out whats going on. Hima drawing them all with second outfits. He calls them 2P Like 2 player from a game.
There is a different version of FemEngland aswell. Red hair with a pink dress.

Plus if you look here you can see a little bit of the new outfits for the 2p. FemPrussia looks like she wearing a hood. And I can also see FemCanada

typically in fighting games if both players choose the same character it may be confusing to see who is who on stage, so the characters on Player 2 side usually has alternative costumes/color scheme
