I'm wondering if there is a community that focuses on helping others how to roleplay Hetalia. For example, an experienced roleplayer would come up with tips and quirks about a particular nation and perhaps help some who are new to rps/had rejected apps and whatnot? I came up with the idea a while ago and I'm unsure whether it exists. 

I hope this is the appropriate place to ask;;;

No, there isn't really. If you just poke around and talk to RPers who seem nice to you, I guarantee they will help though! Most of them are really nice about that stuff.

Ahh, more of, I also wondering if it's a cool idea to open up a comm that would help other people too. Since some are shy n' all. And it'd be a collective sort of thing.
