He looks so mature in this picture. By that I mean older. Like the America picture I see a difference in the character that reflects a sense of maturity but still expressing the Japan the people have known since the beginning. Something about Hima-papa's art has changed...but it is good.

I think it's his jaw. It is less round, giving his face a more matured feeling. The eyes are less starry-eyed too.
