Seeking help to translate next strips of "To Be Human"

Well, many people now know the strips "To be human" with Feliciano / Italy becoming human, dying and leaving his grand-son  Luciano with Ludwig / Germany...

I've just read through this, and words can not describe how much I loved this! This is quite possibly one of the most moving pieces of fanfiction I have ever read in life! Just beautiful T-T.
