Your Extremadura OC is pretty interesting. Actually, the main reason why most conquistadores were from Extremadura is that Extremadura was pretty poor at the time, so they travelled to America hoping for wealth. Extremadura is still one of the poorer regions of Spain, actually. Yes, I'm from Extremadura xD

Ahem, so, real commenting now. XD;;;

Objectively speaking, I think the first picture is actually the best one. It has good movement, dynamic pose and the shading is just enough; not too much, not too little. I think his right chest muscle (the one closer to the viewer) is possibly slightly off in terms of shape/placement for the pose and perspective, but that is super minor nit-picking. Especially since everyone is going to be way too distracted by how utterly delicious his stomach is. And them hipbones. Those are some sexy male hipbones. Ungh. Combined with that intensive (and hotsexy) expression, this is totally a Spain *I* would love to lick. >3

I do luff the shota!Romano, though he is waaaayyy over-dressed. >P He was supposed to only have the puffy panties and nothing else on~ I suppose the cute embarrassed & surprised expression kind of makes up for him being over-dressed, though. D'aaaw~! His cute little belly button is totally just waiting to be tickled~ >D
On technical side, the way he is standing is slightly awkward looking. I think it is his left (the right one from viewers POV) foot is not quite in perspective and/or pose. Maybe the tip of his foot needs to be slightly more outwards...? Right now it's a bit Ancient Egyptian style, with both feet on same level and pointing the same way. ^_^;;;

Matador!Spain has really nice stylized look. Especially the upper body/jacket are really nice; sort of sharp and crisp, even with the slightly sketchy line-art.
However!
That is not Spain ass. We have discussed about this, you know. Spain's ass is much more traditionally perfect man ass, aka much more flat and trim. The type of little bubble butt that you drew here is far more Romano's. *nodnod* It's particularly obvious with the right cheek, which is far too rounded and out-thrust for the shape/build that Spain's behind has.
In terms of the overall pose and layout of the pic, I think it is actually very good. The flow of the red cloth really balances the image out, too.

... Ok, see, this image is perfect example of how your Spain is often way too typical uke for me. Let me count the ways~! *brings out the bubble-pipe* You see, the thing is that expression combined with the situation! That expression reads "Oh shit, that's a hardon pressing against my ass! O////O" which really isn't a reaction I can image Spain having to Romano hugging him, regardless of which one of them tops. The small visual choises also add to the impression, such as Romano having big strong man hands (compare them to the slim pretty hands you gave to Spain in the matador pic), Romano at least appearing to be the taller one and with wider shoulders than Spain (Romano appears to be hunching down, yet he is visible behind Spain's shoulder).
Of course, tecnically the pic is good and all, as pretty much all your art. The only real "mistake" is Romano's hair curl, which is on the wrong side with wrong angle/tilt, thus giving the appearance it's actually Feliciano. Other than that though, there is nothing *wrong* with the pic. Just not something that tickles my fancy, you know? And as you were unsure what I mean by your Spain being too uke, I figured I'd try to explain with this. ^_~

While I am not too into OCs in fandoms, I do think these two are definitely amongst your stronger designs in terms of Hetalia OCs. They're distinctive from each other and from the canon characters, but keep within the general style of how the characters look. *nodnod*
