☆ Finland's awful sense for the name



After persistence of Finland and Sweden's compromise, the puppy named "Hana tamago" finally.


I don't think it's good translation for Fin's weird name...it's difficult to express meaning of non-sense Japanese with my limited english vocabulary...|O|
youkofujima's "special attack! bombsquad punks!" is much better.

A creature like England made of cardboard box made by Sweden.
Making noise like "Yameru no desu yo-!!" ("Please stop it!") when you shake it.






Sweden made Dambolis because Sealand always had been watching TV.
You have to play with your papa sometime quit watching TV, Sealand!

Dambolis = danball(cardboard box)+Igirisu(England)
At Kitayume site, this kind of crafts by Sweden are called "Sweding" it's from the movie "Be kind rewind" you know.




I'm trying to choose strips which wouldn't be in the HETALIA comics, because editors of publisher tried to avoid some strips including heavy taboo like male/male scents or political theme I guess.
(For example, Chibitalia story had little bit changed from original to published books.Kissing scene between Feliciano and HRE was removed...)

I would've said Blood-smeared Hanatamago instead since 'bloody' alone can be taken as a curse word (British) instead of the quality of being covered in blood. It does make for a double-entendre, but since it's specifically 'chimamire', then I'd try to come up to the closest translation possible.

I knew other meanings of "bloody" in Britain, but no idea for other expression in one word...
(Author said this strip inspired from awful name of the song or HR/HM band in Finland, in his diary past)
Japanese have various vague meanings in one word, it's make translation difficult more.
I hope it's more simple like english!
