lol, Google Translate is faily, as usual. ムシャクシャ means something more like being bothered/troubled, so the sentence is "Iceland, who's been a little bothered, decides to take a DNA test!"

Is the phrase even remotely relatable to the translation? As in the cat being a metaphor for something? (The mental image of Iceland kicking a cat that's wearing a labcoat and glasses, it won't leave me at any rate.)

W-well, Urban Dictionary says (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=kick%20the%20cat) 'kick the cat' has to do with frustration, and ムシャクシャ can kind of be translated as 'being frustrated' too... it's a bit of a leap, though. (Iceland would never hurt a cat!! ;_;)

Greece would kick and tear Iceland's rump if he were to hurt a cat. Particularly his cats. Anyway I look forward to this episode because one: The Nordics will talk more and Two: This episode will showcase them. So far anytime the Nordics appeared they had to share space with other non-Nordic characters. Now they have a episode all to themselves...hopefully.
