've been rather quiet on the scene, but I have been reading everything. I've been busy reading and watching the news about it and discussions. Anyway.

Himaruya, bless your soul. You didn't have to tell us anything at any time of the day, especially after a tragedy like this, and you did anyway for all of us who are worried about you, your family, and the rest of Japan. There is no level of gratitude I can express into words that describes how grateful all of us are to hear back from you these passed couple days, as well as those other who reported to being all right, both in and out of the realm of fandom, to all of those who have friends and family in Japan, and their own close relatives. However, please take this time to be with your fellow family members, close friends, and citizens in this hard time for all of you affected. I'm sure the internet world can wait just a bit longer, especially for how undeserving we are of your unending kindness.

Because this is not just about Himaruya and anime: Thank goodness you and your family are safe, as well as the others that made it out all right. I can only hope that those less fortunate are rescued and taken cared for as we speak, and to all those who have died have a proper service given to them. All of you are in our thoughts, and whether that is donating money or wishing you fortune, we'll be there for you.

Here's to wishing a prosperous future, and good fortune until the end of your lives. Good luck, Japan.
