Height Chart?
I know that some of the nations have official heights, but is there any kind of height chart that helps compare them? I thought I recalled seeing one, but it might have been fan-made. Any ideas??
Thanks guys!

But I always thought Hungary has no official height? o.O

I've made up my own height chart based on the character designs. It bumps some of the heights up to better levels, seeing as Russia would be considered tall... IN JAPAN OTL He's not even 6 foot according to official heights...
If anyone wants, I'll share. I'd really like some input~

I think I was just above 130 at Sealand's age, so it's not unheard of, just uncommon.
...;.;
/is bloody small/

This was kinda fun to do. Started by assuming the tallest and shortest: Russia and Sealand. Russia is freakishly tall at 6'6", while I made Sea-kun increadibly short at 4'6" and yess, I've seen 12yo that bloody short... So, I put post-its on my wall, from 4'6" to 6'6", marking off every 3 inches, then estimated on how tall each character was stand-alone, compared to others, and the sterotypical height for each country. This is what I have. If you think some things should change, or I'm missing chars, please do tell me and I'll do my best to fix it.
6'6": Russia, Sweden, Netherlands
6'3": Germany, Denmark, Cuba, Turkey
6'0": America, Canada, Australia, Greece, Estonia
5'9": France, Spain, Prussia, Austria, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belgium, Norway
5'6": England, Veneziano, Romano, Hungary, Switzerland, Poland, Korea, Thailand, Bulgaria, Iceland, Finland
5'3": China, Hong Kong, Egypt, Monaco
5'0": Japan, Seychelles, Liechtenstein, Belarus, Vietnam
4'9": Latvia, Cyprus
4'6": Sealand, Taiwan
OTL Old list is old. I know I'm missing New Zealand, Wy and Seborga... anyone else?

I don't remember how tall I was when I was twelve, but also keep in mind that Sealand's a boy. Girls are generally taller than boys as children, but adolescence is when things start to turn around and boys grow like weeds.

You can fit into places others can't. :D
True! Then Sealand can be that tall, plus the size factor for the land could come into the countries' heights, plus he's England's lil' brother, so I guess it makes sense, really. :3
@.@ I really should stop thinking about this...

But then you gotta think that land size can't affect a nation's height proportionally. Let's make Russia the standard and peg him at 6'3/191, which is fairly tall (but from down here they all look the same, don't they?). Proportionally, that'd make Canada only 3'7.75/111. That's, like, seven-year-olds or something (IDK how tall kids are, and it's been a while since I've seen my nephew). America would be about the same size, and I know offhandedly that the US is about 40 times the size of the UK: this would make England about 3 cm tall. England's short, but he ain't that short. XD
I agree that land size should be some kind of factor, but for the life of me, I can't determine what. It occurs to me that there's no way to make one thing work for fifty (so far!) nations, especially when you get two similar-heighted characters with different land and layouts (America v. Prussia, par example).
We both should stop thinking about this. We'll only end up with headaches.

Ukraine and Belgium should consider careers as models.

Re: HA HA HA LATE OTL
And while nations don't regress or shrink, they may stop growing or grow at a slower rate following a major loss (ie England and Prussia with the loss of their empire/kingdom).
Plus their height is indicative of a few factors, including land mass and population. Which may explain how America and Canada are the same height - America has a smaller land mass but more people, Canada has a larger landmass and less people.
Don't worry, you arent the only one who thinks of these things -
I scare myself because I know I have issues LOLRe: HA HA HA LATE OTL
If Lithuania was a much larger nation before, does this mean that fem-Liet would've have had much bigger breasts back then than now?no subject
OMG, I'm tall as Taiwan/Vietnam/Liechtenstein! (And I'm already 17.. /sobs)
