Lithuania Cosplay?

I'm looking to cosplay as Lithuania, but I'm having trouble finding a good wig for him. If anyone could direct me to one or even just a really good wig website, that'd be great. I'm interested in purchasing the cosplay online as well, so if anyone is selling or knows a good place or even just has any ideas on how to piece one together (I can't sew) that'd be awesome!
