Paypal only, if you don't hear from me for a day or two check the weather and make sure the Northeast hasn't been blizzarded in.
I try to set my prices by other sales on the comm, but I haven't seen most the stuff I'm selling in at least a month so I'm not against a little haggling, especially if you're buying more than one item.
