[identity profile] mirdan.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Oh Arthur. This might be a reference to those under-armed WWII British tanks.

[identity profile] gloomykuma.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:23 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] pinaki93.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:26 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] flamefox324.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
England drives a tank.
LIKE A BOSS!

I find England oddly adorable, even if he was driving in that big and scary tank. xD

Oh Iggy. You and your tanks.

Lol Google translate.

[identity profile] hotaru13.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
England. Even in a tank, he is SO CUTE, with his little smirky-smirk~

LOL, the Fiat 2000-san. "Let's move forward at 7.4 km per hour!" XD

[identity profile] hotaru13.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:38 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah. IDK, guess it's the sound of creaky tank treads?

[identity profile] dark-tenshi17.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:39 am (UTC)(link)
Italian tanks are actually pretty cool. The military museum where I live has a few. England's are odd. They have a WWI British tank at the musuem too ( http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g171/dark_tenshi17/Tanks/100_3784.jpg )

There's a WWII one from Italy in the musuem: http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g171/dark_tenshi17/Tanks/100_3782.jpg

Iggy's so cute~

[identity profile] natekeehl.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 03:50 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] gerita825.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 04:29 am (UTC)(link)
Himaruya's wife!! Hallo!

[identity profile] pinkvelvet89.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 04:51 am (UTC)(link)
England's going "niyoniyo" mockingly, while the tank itself is making a 'miyomiyomiyo' noise (although I've never connected the sound tanks make with something that almost sounds like a meow...)

[identity profile] leggoeggo13.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 05:49 am (UTC)(link)
Dalek-tank? XD

[identity profile] sweetz-xoxo.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 05:51 am (UTC)(link)
Leave it to Himaruya to make even tanks look cute!

[identity profile] twyxted-mind.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 06:26 am (UTC)(link)
That Iggytank (Did I seriously just call it an "Iggytank"?) kiiiiinda looks like a zamboni. And that's adorable somehow.

And the Italian tank... I half-expect there to be fully-stocked kitchen inside.

[identity profile] x-cutslikesilk.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 06:29 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] eur0philia.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 06:39 am (UTC)(link)

Iggy looks...just adorable, :)

The Italian tank is just like whoa...lol.

[identity profile] jjblue1.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 06:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Is this the game Himaruya is playing?

And yes, in the beginning Italian tanks were lightweights, then they moved to mediumweight and when they finally became heavvy, WW2 was nearly finished... -_-

The idea was to make them fast, using as a base the English tanks... I guess as a start it wasn't bad but by the time WW2 came around it really needed to be updated... but for assorted reasons they decided to do it only when it was too late... -_-

[identity profile] twyxted-mind.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 06:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Win. So much.

[identity profile] jjblue1.livejournal.com 2011-02-08 07:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Okay, I found out which tank is the Italian one. Well, it was pretty easy, the pic is named after it... ^_-

It's a Fiat 2000 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiat_2000), basically one of the first, if not the first, Italian tanks, also nicknamed the "heaviest World War I tank", which is kind of fun because, althought being done to take part into WW1, by the time it was ready, WW1 was basically finished... -_- (also it seems there was a German tank that was heavvier...)
The most interesting feature was the rotating turret (at the time it seems only French tanks had it).

It completely disappeared in 1936 (it seems the last existing exemplar was used as monument... ^_^) and apparently it was used only once in 1919 in Tripolitania...

[identity profile] tsubasafeathers.livejournal.com 2011-02-10 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
...wait what?

[identity profile] darklight90.livejournal.com 2011-02-10 04:49 am (UTC)(link)
I meant that the British designs aren't much better themselves :P
