Where to find a Romano cosplay?

My friend cosplays Romano - and does a REALLY good job of it. She's going to hopefully be the Romano in our Hetalia panel at A-kon, but she would like to get the full uniform first. I'm helping her look, and we're having a hard time finding a good listing for a decent price. (which means no wrinkled-up, thrown-together cosplays for like $100-200 a pop, which is what I've been finding a lot of DX) I've found one on Ebay that's about $89 total and it's pretty decent quality, but does anyone know if there's a place where she can buy one for cheaper than that? Thanks in advance!

Not the OP, and not meaning to burst your bubble or anything but for the ones you posted, the shipping makes the total around/above $100 D: I'm not a cosplayer either, but I've noticed browsing through some that for a lot of cosplays, the shipping tends to be really ridiculously priced which imo is a real dealbreaker haha. :(

Sadly you aren't going to find a really accurate Romano one for your price range. Shipping bumps it up to over your price range for accurate ones. Even on cosplay sites. :c

you can try and do what i'm doing anon! Go to a military surplus store somewhere, or local theater groups. They'll get rid of their stuff and I second hand stories lead me to believe that it's cheap.

Already tried cosplayfu.com?
They have a quiet nice quality and the shipping is free+fast.
At the other side there can be little errors in the cos, since they tend to use fanarts as reference...

Do you search a cos with or without wig btw?
The uniform costs US$ 89.73 over there.

Ah, actually, I showed the $89.73 listing to her on cosplayfu and she loved it! <3 She's saving up to buy that one now.
