I took a little more liberty with the panelling this time. I hope you enjoyed it! Little America's cuteness is very hard to capture OTL;; Also, I sometimes question my own "sense of humour". This was based on something that my little sister, three years old, showed me after I hadn't seen her for a whole month. Kids are great.

I'd like to work on a series of Eiffel Tower orientated strips next time! With France, England, America and Veneziano <3 I've been developing my own version of Czech Republic, as well.

Uwaah, I'm glad! Thank you~ (The British one? Hmm... I wonder! The roots are probably deep, but once other nations started living in America as well and came into contact with the British, trying to learn their language... the various accents probably mixed the original English into what it is today... is my guess.)

Actually, if anything, England had what we currently consider an American accent. Here in US-America we still speak something very like what we were speaking at the time of colonisation; the British accent didn't come about until Britain's 'splendid isolation'. When their communication was confined to that little isle, the language there changed drastically.

That accent was then passed on to the later colonies, which is why Australians talk similarly to present-day Brits.

If you speak German, then that's probably it. The change had mostly to do with pronunciation (and slang, but that goes through vast changes with or without isolationism), so the US dialect, being the earlier one, would have a pronunciation style that's a lot closer to its Germanic roots.

But the MacDonald song was actually first published in 1917, so the timelines wouldn't match, unfortunately... and yes, I've been developing Czechia for almost a month now.
