Question about buying rerelease of one coin figures

I was scanning the internet for the cheapest way to buy rereleases on the hetalia coin sets and came across this offer:

...Is there some catch here I'm not getting? ._.; I know this is a well used site so I was really confused, and I don't want to be scammed or anything like that, but normally that's on sites like ebay and the like.
Normally I'm just a lurker here, but I was really hoping someone who maybe has more experience buying these kinds of things could clear up any confusion as to if there is some kind of catch or something... because that's otherwise ridiculously cheap. @.@
