Are you on the N, 7 or 2,3 lines? The N. IS NEVER. EVER. Consistent. Randomly express on local stops... Though the 7 is worse since it'll just randomly stop at the Manhattan, Queens border & people bum rush across the platform in droves.
/A little more than peeved NYC who prays its ok today.
