Yes, Lovino is VERY DEFINITELY not a name that exists in Italy as of now. It feels weird if not wrong to have one of the two characters representative of Italy have a name that's not Italian.
It's already hard enough to accept that Feliciano has a name that's almost out of use and that Vargas is Spanish sounding and exists only in a very small part of Italy...
To have Romano being called with a name that's not even Italian is rather annoying...
