[Fancomic] America's Body Language Mishaps

Title: America's Body Language Mishaps
Artist: [livejournal.com profile] astral_carnival
Character(s): America, Greece, Turkey
Rating: PG
Warnings: body language, crappy drawings, mild swearing, stickmen
Summary: Based on a discussion in the Hetalia community a looooooonnnnngggggg time ago about nations' body languages. Having a car breakdown near Greece and Turkey cannot go well for America.

Please ignore the weird panel sizes near the end. It's because I ended up drawing this comic twice since I thought I lost it; but a couple of panels were just better in the first sketch so I tried to join them together only to realise the panel sizes weren't the same. OTL

So... This Canadian is wondering: What do those hand gestures mean in Turkey and Greece? :D *clueless*

Well, the thumb is basically Greece and Turkey's fleppin' the birdie.

Not too sure about the first one though. Hmm.

Let's see, the hand one in greece is called 'the Moutza' and is pretty much a ruder equivalent to 'Talk to the hand.'

And the thumb means…'sit on it and swivel' if you get my meaning.

The hand thing is kind of like, I'm shoving shit in your face. The accompanying sound you make with it is "Na!", which doesn't really have a meaning here, but it's just satisfying to say :D
