The Counting Sheep CDs are CDs recorded of the characters counting that are supposed to help you sleep. Have you ever been told to count sheep if you couldn't sleep? Basically, for whatever reason the nations can't sleep, so they count sheep together, so they can get sleep.

XD I think those are motion lines. . .they look so weird~

I'm pretty sure it's how they write sound that the Japanese Ronald McDonald makes. It's that weird sound America makes in his songs. He makes that noise when happy or excited.

I'm not completely certain, though, although it's the only sound I can think of that he's made that would go DDDDDDDD, so maybe someone who understands better will come along and confirm/inform us.
