Summery: Carrying on from New York's introduction, this isWilliam London. Unlike NY, London wasnt founded on loads of cultures like Anthony New York, but France did his bit in influencing his fashion tips 8} MICROSCOPIC FR/UK warning lol
now, part three has only been half done, so there's no preview this week, so instead here's an abandoned idea i was going to use as a flashback for when London and America are having a chat. Dont be confused about the ages :) even though London's only a Capital, he's 2000 years old and remembers Chibi!America very well...
