It's a portmanteau of mukimuki (muscular) + deredere (love-struck), like tsundere or yandere.
I think Japanese fans made up that word to describe Germany. It even has its own Pixiv tag (http://www.pixiv.net/tags.php?tag=%E3%83%A0%E3%82%AD%E3%83%87%E3%83%AC), for some reason XD

Looks like we'll finally be seeing a little more Egypt! I agree that the kid looks like TRNC, but him and Cyprus are actually two different characters in Hetalia. It's just that Himaruya has yet to give Cyprus a face, so here's hoping we'll see his profile too.

Ok, I'm pretty sure i'm probably 90% wrong about this, but the comment by vysnia_cerasus about his eyebrows got me thinking. What if the doodle of greece in his traditional outfit is actually cyprus? That island was once a british colony and Himaruya seems to have given TRNC thicker brows there! This is mostly wishful thinking, though :D

I love how just the little abstract lines of the chibi sketches are enough to suggest Himaruya's characters. That's real talent, to be able to simplify down to that level and still have a clear subject.
