News about Tokyopop's Hetalia Vol.2?

(Long time lurker, first time poster. If I've messed up the tags or anything please tell me ^^.)
I was browsing Barnes and Noble online and found the pre-order for the second volume: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/books/e/9781427818874/?itm=6&USRI=hetalia+axis+powers

It says it's released December 28, 2010. I hadn't heared news from Tokyopop about this, anyone?
I was also wondering, does anyone think that the "Special Edition" version will ever be released in the US?

I can't find any mention of it on Tokyopop or Amazon or Borders. But volume 1 did show up on Amazon before Tokyopop announced it, so who knows?

Special edition would be nice, but I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
