Russia-centric video& some cosplay-questions

So yeah, after coming back from my grandfather's funeral I now finally had time to post this here aaaaand I also have some questions regarding cosplaying Lithuania and China.

Title: Hetalia - Don't Trust, Don't Fear, Don't Beg
Song: "Don't Trust, Don't Fear, Don't Beg" ("Не верь, не бойся, не проси" or "Ne Ver', Ne Boisia, i Ne Prosi") by tatu
Author/Artist: me (Dakota_Weulf on lj, sweetKitsune on YT)
Character(s) or Pairing(s): Russia x the world
Rating: PG I guess?
Warnings: Some blood, guns, Shonen Ai, sorta bad timing and editing. And lots of Russia.
Summary: The finished version of the preview I posted about a month ago; no real storyline. Now with 100% more Belarus.

And now to the questions.
This one is especially for Germans because I don't really like buying clothing from the internet and I'm not going to travel to the USA just to buy some trousers. XD Since I'm trying to cosplay more-or-less-casual!Lithuania, does anybody know where you can buy green trousers? Any tips about stores etc.?
Aaand at my grandfather's house I found these two awesome original Chinese caps. Are there any official outfits of China that fit the blue cap's color? The other one has a broken visor. It's dark green, so it would fit China's military uniform, but as I said, it has a broken visor. D:

Not German but do you guys have any large thrift stores around? Sally Ann's / Salvation Army, or Value Village type stores? Normally you can find a green pair of pants somewhere in each size, plus if your a girl you can also try the men's rack for higher chances. As for the hat, is it possible to math the fabric and replace the visor? I don't think China has a blue outfit....
