[Meet-Up] Anime Festival Orlando!
AFO in Orlando, Florida is only a few days away and I've yet to hear anything about a meetup/photoshoot. So as far as I'm aware nothing is planned, so let's give this a shot.
When: Saturday, August 7th, 2010 @ 1:30 PM
Where: Meet near the lobby by the hotel's restaurant (same place we met last year, I'll try to get there early since I'm not sure how to better describe the location)
This is right after the Hetalia Panel that's scheduled on Saturday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with some leeway time in case people need to head back to their rooms quickly or what not after the panel. I figured we could grab some lunch like last year and perhaps have some photos outside?
There's no real set agenda/ending time since I'm not sure how many people we're going to have this year/how long things will take. If you have any suggestions at all or time conflicts, please comment here or PM me and we'll try to work something out that's convenient for most. :) Thank you!
EDIT: It has come to my attention that there is a photoshoot/gathering scheduled after the panel (unsure if the source is reliable, but I might as well play it safe) so, if there is indeed something planned after the APH Panel by the panelists or some other group, consider this meet-up cancelled and please disregard!
