[Event] Milwaukee meet UPDATE

TIME: meet up at 11 AM - 9 _{at the latest}
PLACE: meet up at Bradford Beach concession stand; Milwaukee

★★★You'll be looking for America and fem!Canada.★★★
★This is casual cosplay, chickadees. I also don't want anyone getting heat stroke on me, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.


★Bradford Beach is near McKinley Park and Lake Park. Nearby are numerous restaurants, but there are also plenty of shady spots to relax and have a picnic, if we so chose. We can walk around to different spots in the city for pictures, food, and the like easily enough as well.

★Please comment if you're planning on attending with how many people [since some like to bring non-LJ friends, and that's perfectly fine] and who you're planning on dressing as, so we know who to be on the look out for.

★If people have questions on getting to the beach, just ask for go to a site like Mapquest and enter the address you're coming in from. You can get there by car, bus, bike or foot if you live close enough. I'm sure parking's going to be a bear, though, so it may be best to ask a parent or friend to drop you off/pick you up.

Are there any Milwaukee-Racine-Kenosha-ish area people interested in a Hetalian meet up?

We were unable to go to the Chicago meet up and feel depressed left out.

We're still looking for a suitable location.
Right now, options are looking like: the Domes/Mitchell Park; Bradford Beach; Boerner Botanical Gardens.
Most likely, it'd be causal, too, since people might be a tad concerned seeing a blonde guy walking around with a giant battle axe...
