Hetalia: Axis Powers - The Movie: Paint it, White

The past 6 weeks I had the honor of spending in Japan as an exchange student. One of my favorite memories from this time was when I went to Hetalia: Axis Powers - The Movie: Paint it, White in theaters! I'm a huge Hetalia fan so it was an awesome experience (on an unrelated topic I also got to drink melon soda, always a plus! If you've never tried it I really recommend it~)

The movie was hard to understand (no subs, my Japanese isn't very good, everyone talks very fast in Hetalia) but I still go the basic plot. I hope it get's subbed and uploaded asap so everyone else can enjoy it too!

I think all the voices fit the characters really well ^^ so yes!

I thought it was great! Sometimes I'm easily pleased though... (But it's hetalia, it's ALWAYS great)

I don't remember Americanada scenes but there were Canacuba :D (yay for my random combining of names XD)

It was AWESOME! I wish I was there for longer though (I actually just got back today)

However, whether or not I still would think that after actually being there for 10 months like some of the exchange students... I'm not sure ^^; but it's natural to not be happy all the time there, just like at home.

I really recommend it though~ Although don't get to stereotype-y about them! It was very different than I thought it would be!

There was a part where Prussia was dressed in a suit and was talking (but I couldn't understand him, gomen ><) and that's all I really remember him doing... (I did miss the first few minutes of the movie though, so maybe he did something then~)

How was Japan? I found the people very nice and polite there, though going around is very tiring. How did you manage to navigate the rail system by yourself? (It's so confusing.)

That's not in any particular order, and I probably missed a few but I got all the main characters down at least (and many with very small parts)

Also, the movie is part new plot line and part clips from episodes throughout the series. Chibitalia and HRE are only in the clips from the episodes throughout~

Canada had a bit of screen time... not as much as the mains of course.

Everyone is very polite, niceness... depends on the person (but most are). They just hide when they don't like something very very well ^^; It can be very behind the back talky sometimes, just like any place~

The rail system was confusing, but maps usually had english and often times the announcements would play as well. Also, I didn't go many new places by myself, and after I'd been somewhere once I would remember how to get there.

Everything was a memorable moment! It's hard to decide what to tell ^^;

I have a similarly related question. What did Iceland's voice exactly sound like? Is there another voice that you could compare it to? Just in terms of tone or pitch?

(As a huge fan the Nordics and maybe the Baltics in tutus I'm really curious as to how Ice's voice sounds...)

Also, kudos for you going to Japan (been there twice myself). It's an awesome place, and it sounds like you had a blast! :p
