What better excuse to eat a bunch of maple flavored things, take part in the country-wide festivities and, you know... dress as Mountie!Matthew and snap some photos~

So, there's a photo studio in town that does old time photos. You go in street clothes and they dress you all up in period costume of your choice. One of the choices was early RCMP, and the temptation was too great.
Officer Williams, at your service <3
It's meant to be early RCMP (the uniform is a little different now) so I thought I'd slap on a little Dominion of Canada crest at the bottom.
...the photographer was really nice. She asked what the deal with the plush bear was, so I told her it was an inside joke between my friend and I ^_^
