oh, I found small mistakes^^
「クーヘン作り」 is 「くーへんづくり」in hiragana,and "zukuri" in romanji.
And, he said
「長い街道を行く（ながいかいどうをゆく）」.therefore it's not "iku" but "yuku"
these are so trivial that you need not mind♪
I'm sorry for my poor English...(´∀｀；)
